The Cincinnati Bengals don’t seem like a team that would trade up from No. 11 in the 2019 NFL draft.
But they also didn’t seem like a team that would make a change at head coach.
With a quality roster already and droves of draft picks that could end up not making the roster anyway, the Bengals might want to consider trading up for one of the following players if they start to fall.
