VIDEO: Police officers responding to reported bank robbery in West Ashley

WEST ASHLEY, S.C. (WCSC) – Police officers released surveillance photos Tuesday afternoon of a woman accused of robbing a West Ashley bank.

It happened at the CresCom bank on 884 Orleans Rd. at approximately 4:05 p.m., according Charleston Police spokesman Charles Francis.

The robber was described as a woman in her early to mid-30s with long red curly hair, standing approximately 5-foot-4 and weighing 130 pounds.

She left the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

No injuries were reported.
