NEW DELHI: Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 298.75 points or 3.02 per cent lower at 9,606, indicating a gap-down start for Dalal Street. Here are a few stocks which may buzz the most in today’s trade:

SBI Card: SBI Cards and Payments, one of the most-watched initial public offerings (IPOs) in recent years, will make a debut on the stock exchanges on Monday.

YES Bank: NSE indices to remove crisis-hit YES Bank from Nifty 50, Nifty Bank, all Nifty equity indices from March19 instead of March 27. Yes Bank expects pressures from sour loans, which led it to declare the highest loss for any private sector lender at Rs 18,654 crore for the December quarter, to continue even in FY21.

Indiabulls Housing: Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd (IHFL) on Sunday said the company as well as its promoters do not have any outstanding term loan from Yes Bank. The company was clarifying on “some rumours” in social media in this regard.

Marico, Emami: Godrej Consumer, Marico, Emami, Dabur, HUL have been tapped, as the family that owned Super Vasmol hair colour has decided to sell their flagship brand for Rs 1,500 -1,800 crore.

Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular: Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea, whose self-assessed dues to the government are less than half of what the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) estimates, must disclose workings highlighting areas of difference as minority shareholders deserve to know, an analyst report said.

IndusInd Bank: The Hinduja brothers, promoters of IndusInd Bank, are fully backing the lender and attribute the latest decline in the stock to excessive speculative action.

IDFC First, Federal Bank: IDFC First Bank on Sunday said it will make an equity investment of Rs 250 crore in beleaguered Yes Bank to acquire 25 crore equity shares. Federal Bank said it has committed to investing Rs 300 crore in beleaguered Yes Bank for subscription of its 30 crore shares.

Karnataka Bank: The bank has reached out to its shareholders to allay any fear and panic about the safety of deposits and health of the Bank, and not to be carried away by any misleading and concocted reports on India Today channel about the safety of the bank “published and circulated with malicious intent.”

Tata Motors: The company has asked its staff in office-based roles at headquarters and regional offices to work from home with effect from Monday in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, according to an internal memo by the company’s Managing Director and CEO Guenter Butschek to its employees.

INOX Leisure, PVR: Film exhibitor INOX Leisure on Sunday said it has started commercial operations at a multiplex cinema theatre in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow from Saturday. Meanwhile, PVR Cinemas said it has received licences to operate four new screens at Indore in Madhya Pradesh.
