Middleboro police are investigating an unarmed bank robbery that took place at a Santander Bank Saturday afternoon. The suspect is described as an approximately six-foot-tall white male, wearing a light gray or white zip-up sweater with black plaid, with dark, graying hair and short facial hair.

MIDDLEBORO – Police are on the lookout for an unarmed man who they say robbed a bank Saturday afternoon.

At approximately 12:30 p.m, Middleboro police responded to the Santander Bank location at 77 Center St. for a report of a bank robbery.

A white male, wearing a light gray or white zip-up sweater with black plaid, entered the bank and passed a note to the teller demanding money, police say. The suspect is described as being approximately six-feet-tall with dark, graying hair and short facial hair.

The man fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash in an unknown direction. No one was injured during the incident.
