LIMA — The Allen County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the robbery of the Chase Bank, 1799 Harding Highway, Lima.
According to Andrea McConnahea, spokesman for the sheriff’s office, at 10:39 a.m. Tuesday, an unknown white male demanded money from the teller and got away with an undetermined amount of money.
Members of the sheriff’s department set up a perimeter around the bank and used drones and K-9s in an attempt to locate the suspect, who was reported wearing a neon yellow sweatshirt, jeans and sunglasses.
