Man in custody after bank robbery on Hogan Road in Bangor – Bangor Daily News

Detectives took 48-year-old Donald L. Turner into custody in connection with the alleged robbery of the Bangor Savings Bank branch on Hogan Road Thursday afternoon.

The investigation is still ongoing, police said.

On Thursday, a suspect made a threat about having a weapon, fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, and is believed to have left the area in an unknown vehicle, according to Bangor police Sgt. Wade Betters. No one was hurt.

Bank security cameras captured images of the suspect.

The report of the robbery came in around 2:25 p.m.
