Andrew Ryback, CEO of Plumas Bank, was the star of the Rotary Club of Portola’s morning meeting Tuesday, June 4. Ryback spoke of the bank’s growth and the success that has been achieved in recent years. Plumas Bank has been recognized as the number two community bank in the nation.
